The EU GMP Chapter 4 on Documentation has recently been reviewed and updated, coming into force on 30th June 2011. Many of the updates were in-line with existing good practices. You should refer to the Chapter 4 Documentation for the full details. An article with an explanation of the major changes can be found here.
